Speakeasy No. 6

The Speakeasy Mtl No.6 offers a truly up-to-date look. It was a pleasure to make a modern piece with a vintage object. The gray and the fabric of the suitcase make a great . It is rather rare to find a classic Samsonite suitcase of this kind. Thanks to Days Gone By Treasures for the suitcase!

Speakeasy No. 5

This speaker made from a vintage suitcase was the first to be exhibited in an event lounge, at the Digital Transformation Trade Show in Montreal. This Speakeasy was designed for the company NSI Solution, who gave it away during a draw at the event. They chose this product specifically to represent the transition to technology.

Speakeasy No. 4

First Speakeasy made with a Cheney suitcase. The sound is accurate. It is bigger than the previous ones, but lighter than most. It is than the ideal Speakeasy to show around to your friends and family while out on a sunday afternoon picnic. Thanks to Victorian Rehab Design Shop, based in Ontario, for keeping it in such good conditions over the years.

Speakeasy No. 3

A Samsonite/Shwayder Bros with a faux alligator dark brown finish shows the prestigious and noble side of the vintage suitcase. This suitcase, from the 1950s, is one of the smallest of the Samsonite family. However, very powerful considering its finesse. Thanks to Moonshine Antique Shop, based in New York, for keeping it in such good conditions over the years.

Speakeasy No. 2

Same size as Speakeasy No. 1. Color? Deep brown which gives it a classy look. The gold clips, the faux alligator finish and the high end speakers assures a chic vintage look. Thanks to Futur Me Vintage Shop, based in Toronto, for keeping it in such good conditions over the years.

Speakeasy No. 1

Probably because it was the first out of 25, but this one, is by far my favorite. Acquired in Hochelaga, this suitcase was owned by an old lady. Thinking she would not travel again, she got rid of it, hoping someone would love it as much as she did. The Samsonite used for it, is the all-round size. Picnic, office, living room, coffee shop, it is light enough to carry, but big enough to extract high quality sound.
